This advanced 2-day training is for techs with prior machine experience looking to learn magnum needle powder/ombre brow techniques.
This class is not appropriate for students without prior permanent cosmetic and machine tattooing experience.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
Brows are the most requested service and always on demand! Step up your career by learning all about magnums and how they can help you streamline your work process.
Day 1 - On Site
Review of Manual, machine setup and parameters, needles overview, color theory and mapping methods exercises.
- Student will practice powder/ombre brow shading techniques on Latex (movements/speed)
- Instructor Powder Brow Demo on live model
Day 2 - On Site
Student will work on latex and Live model.
At the completion of this 2 Day training, students will be able to perform:
- Soft Powder/Ombre Brows to suit all skin types
- Multiple needle techniques, single, liners and magnums
- Correct Brow placement and styles for all different ages. One Brow style does not fit all
- Correct depth of pigment
- Various stretching techniques
- Correct Needle & pigment selection for various skin types and scenarios
- Color Correction. When is it appropriate? and When is lightening/removal the only option?
- Basic Color Theory and how it affects your work
- Machine setup and operation
- Proper BBP Protocols
- Popular Color formulas
- Drawing, lining and shading techniques
- Business practices & client management
- Marketing/Networking/Affiliations information
- Sourcing professional and ethical supplies
- Photo Editing

Documents required
1st step – Current satisfactory BBP certification by the Florida Health Dept. is required. For approved courses please follow this link to the state’s website Tattoo Educational Materials
2nd step after completing the Bloodborne Pathogen course – A Florida Tattoo license in the municipality you will be taking the course in must be obtained prior to starting the hands on portion.
